The identity was created in collaboration with artist Robert Doble to get the pefectly red watercolour mark as simple, chic and dramatic as possible. The photography series shot on location used the natural light for each time of day portrayed for each menu. Applications included stationery, cards, posters, coasters, promotions and a complete menu series.
