SML has worked closely with OsteoStrong® to refresh its brand look and feel with a new comprehensive website, refreshed social media campaigns, and communications to promote its ‘Blue Ocean’ business with an energetic, optimistic, and confident visual system that is easy to understand and navigate. We collaborated with ‘Fearless’ for a comprehensive Brand Strategy and roadmap to help OsteoStrong® achieve value innovation by evaluating their offering and assessing the market to define a new industry category paradigm.
Redefining OsteoStrong® and its communications presented a unique challenge due to its positioning as a blue ocean business in a relatively unexplored territory. The concept of improving bone health through a completely new and unconventional approach is not widely understood by the target audience, to whom medications are usually the prescribed solution. OsteoStrong® needed to establish trust and credibility for this disruptive solution in order to build on its audience and vision.
The Brand Strategy insights served as the cornerstone for crafting and creating the new Website and all communications. The tagline “Leading a revolution in natural bone health” emerged from this extensive research, effectively defining the central offering and core mantra of OsteoStrong®. By implementing this solution, the new website effectively educates and engages the target audience, providing them with the necessary proof points, statistics, case studies, testimonials, insights, and vision, to understand and embrace this innovative approach to improving bone health naturally.
